About This Project

Workspace is a comprehensive mobile UI concept designed in Figma for a professional team productivity app. The design spans the full user journey — from onboarding and authentication through the core app experience including dashboards, project management, messaging, team directory, and settings.

This is a UI-only design project featuring 25 screens covering every major surface of the app. The design emphasizes clarity, information hierarchy, and a professional aesthetic that keeps teams focused on what matters most.

Design Philosophy

Workspace is built on a foundation of clarity and focus. Every screen is designed to reduce cognitive load — putting the most important actions front and centre, and letting secondary information recede into the background.

The blue wave pattern in the authentication flow establishes trust and brand identity on first contact, while the core app surfaces use a clean, light UI that keeps teams focused on their work. Consistent spacing, typography, and component patterns create a sense of cohesion across all 25 screens.

What I Learned

Designing end-to-end app flows from auth to core features
Creating consistent component systems across many screens
Task management and prioritisation UI patterns
Messaging and notification interface design
Multiple state variations and alt views within the same screen
Social sign-in patterns and multi-account profile selection
